Quality Concerns or Fulfilment Issues

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or suffers from any fulfilment issue:

 Change of Mind

  • Ordered the wrong size or product

  • Changed their mind after placing the order

We get it—mistakes happen. However:

  • As our clothing is embroidered and is bespoke we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

  • We do not offer replacements or refunds in these cases.
